Ruth is upset to lose a patient she remembers from her time in the psyche ward who has been electrocuted on a train track. Ruth is successful in her assessment interview with Andrew Brookfield but later finds she cannot perform a thrombolysis on a young stroke patient. She confides in Jay that she's asked Mr. Jordan to place her on admin duties.
